For this purpose, procedures including the control of all internal processes are written to ensure standardization in processes, and authorities and duties are defined in detail. As an important step in corporate governance, discussions are held with the Board of Directors and relevant process owners to determine existing approval limits and authorities, and a position-based authority matrix is created for all processes. As part of the work, an “internal directive” is also prepared in line with the New Turkish Commercial Code. In these processes, support is also provided to the company in Sales and Marketing Strategies in conjunction with Corporate Tax Consultancy, and the company’s current market value can be determined realistically and in accordance with international acceptable standards by conducting company valuation.
