Zeynep Özge YİĞİTOĞLU
Having completed her education at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, Zeynep Özge Yiğitoğlu completed her master’s degree with a thesis titled “The Right of the Unpaid Worker to Refrain from Working.” Currently, Zeynep Özge Yiğitoğlu continues her academic career with her doctoral studies in Corporate Law at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Zeynep Özge Yiğitoğlu’s article titled “Compensation Lawsuit in Case of Unlawful Use of Sovereignty” was published in 2015, and her article titled “Distribution of Profit and Advance Profit Distribution in Limited Companies” was published in 2016 in the Turkey Notaries Union Journal.
Her main areas of expertise include Corporate Law, Contract Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Commercial Disputes, and Individual and Collective Labor Law. She conducts compliance projects for domestic and foreign companies within the framework of corporate governance principles. She particularly serves as the project leader in Compliance Processes for Personal Data Protection.
